Grounding Rod

Set Up Instructions:
Select a Suitable Location: Choose a location outside your home where you can easily drive the grounding rod into the ground. It should be a spot close to where you intend to use the grounding mat. Ideally near a door or window.

Install the Grounding Rod: Push the grounding rod into the ground. It's recommended to drive the rod vertically into the soil. If the soil is hard, you can water the area to make it easier to drive in.

Connect the 40ft Grounding Cord: Attach the L-shaped end of the 40ft cord to the tip of the grounding rod and run it through your door or window. Connect Your Grounding Mat Snap the female connector of your black coiled cord into your grounding mat. Connect the metal prong of your grounding mat's cord (black coiled cord) into the receptacle of the 40ft grounding cord.

Get Grounded: Lay your feet, sit or lie down on your grounding mat and connect to Earth's energy.
